1. How long does it take to receive my order?

UAE Customers: UAE orders are expected to be delivered within 1-2 working days of placing their order.

Oman, KSA, and Kuwait Customers: Oman orders are expected to be delivered within 2-3 working days after placing their order.

KSA and Kuwait orders are expected to be delivered within 3-4 working days after placing their order. Bahrain & Qatar Customers: Bahrain and Qatar orders are expected to be delivered within 4-6 Working days.

2. How much is the delivery fee?

UAE Orders: The delivery charge is 14 AED for orders under 99 AED. Orders of more than 99 Dirhams will get a free charge. To receive your order on the same day for these specific Emirates (Ajman, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah and Dubai) there will be an extra delivery charge.

Oman, KSA, and Kuwait Orders: Oman delivery charge 20 UAE Dirhams. KSA delivery charge 29 UAE Dirhams + 15% tax. Kuwait delivery charge 54 UAE Dirhams.

Bahrain & Qatar Orders: Bahrain Delivery Charge 20 UAE Dirhams + 15% Tax. Qatar Delivery Charge 38 UAE Dirhams + 15 Tax.

3. Do you offer free shipping/delivery?

Free shipping is available for orders above 99 AED for UAE customers.

4. Do you deliver abroad?

We currently provide delivery for all GCC Countries (UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, and Kuwait).
